1. Consulting & Advisory Services

Due to the time-bound and knowledge-based nature of consulting and advisory services, refunds are not offered once:A service has been deliveredA consultation or workshop has been conductedA report, assessment, or recommendation has been sharedIf you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to understand your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include clarification, follow-up discussion, or corrective actions where applicable.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Reports, Templates)

All sales of downloadable digital products, including but not limited to:eBooksTemplatesChecklistsReportsare final and non-refundable.If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.

3. Subscription-Based Services

For subscription-based services (such as dashboards, reporting tools, or automated FinOps alerts):You may cancel your subscription at any timeService access will continue until the end of the current billing cycleNo refunds are issued for partial or unused subscription periodsIf a billing error occurs due to an internal issue, we will investigate and issue a full or partial refund, as appropriate.

4. Exceptional Refund Consideration
